Responsibilities:

• Order appraisals, title work, flood certifications, and third-party verifications
• Prepare and disclose Loan Estimates
• Index application packages
• Obtain and provide sufficient documentation in the file that meets investor guidelines, along with any investor-specific overlays for each loan product type
• Process received documents and ensure the accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to satisfy loan approval conditions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all clients, internal staff, and other associated external agencies to facilitate all processing issues in a timely manner
• Attend and participate in all required processing trainings and meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of loan processing experience preferred but not required
• TRID knowledge preferred but not required
• Multi-tasking ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform efficiently at a fast pace while conforming to policies and procedures
• Team-player mindset and eagerness to help others
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
